Server rules

General information

• The whole clan is responsible for a rule violation committed by any of its members.
• The rules may be changed or extended at any time.
• Moderators decide on the punishment themselves, depending on the nature of the violation. Possible sanctions: a warning, a temporary ban, a permanent ban.
• A player is fully responsible for every account under their control. A ban on one account extends to all linked accounts, including EAC/VAC bans.
• Walling in the main tool cupboard (TC) completely is prohibited — access to it through doors must stay open. Penalty for a violation: the cupboard is destroyed and the clan loses up to 80% of its points.
• Any kind of alliance, cooperation, arrangement or joint action between players from different clans, as well as with third parties who are not in the clan, is prohibited.
• Violations are punished strictly: up to exclusion from the event for the current and all future stages.
• Any building at RT is prohibited, including placing structures, blocking passages, installing objects and otherwise restricting player access.
• All structures must be part of a single base. Standalone “dummy” foundations and any building blocks used to claim territory or block raid bases are prohibited, as are tool cupboards stacked more than 2 layers around the base. Anything extra is removed by the administration without compensation.

Gameplay rules #

The server administration may issue a disciplinary penalty affecting the clan's participation in Zones of Influence, the Wipe and Tournaments, up to disqualification and the reset of points/structures.

The exact percentage of the penalty is at the administration's discretion, based on the nature and severity of the violation.

Minor violation

• Using, buying or storing macros within the last 3 months.
• An EAC ban on a linked account issued less than 100 days ago.
• A ban based on a combination of indirect signs of violations (for example, traces of system cleaning, changed devices, deleted files, etc.).
• Trying to evade a ban with a new account (multi-accounting).
• Unintentionally leaving the server during a check.

Moderate violation

• Using, buying or storing cheats within the last 12 months.
• Buying a wallhack within the last 3 months.
• Refusing to go through a check.
• Ignoring a request for a check.
• Leaving the server or the game during a check.
• Using exploits or third-party software to avoid a check.
• Selling third-party software or other means of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Hiring a cheater to gain an advantage.
• Abusing bugs or the point-scoring systems.

Severe violation

• 2 or more banned cheaters in one clan during a wipe.
• Match-fixed point farming.
• Threats against the administration, DDoS attempts, leaking personal information.
• Bribing other clans to gain an advantage.
• Excessive rule breaking and disrespectful behaviour.

Chat rules

• Encouraging actions that may make a player leave the server (for example Alt+F4, the disconnect command and similar) is prohibited.
• Slander, disinformation or spreading lies about other players, the administration or the project is prohibited.
• Impersonating the administration, moderators or public figures of the project (streamers, YouTubers, etc.) is prohibited if you are not one of them.

Additionally

• A purchase or a subscription counts as storing the software.
• Lost clan points are returned when the player is unbanned.
• The administration may soften or increase a punishment, taking voluntary cooperation or aggravating factors into account.

Checks and interaction with the administration

• If you are called for a check, you may refuse. However, refusing leads to a permanent ban on all servers of the project.
• A check is carried out only at the moment you are called. You must stay on the server and remain reachable. Leaving the server, refusing to communicate or asking to be checked later are not accepted.
• The administration may review the social media of a suspect for violations of the server rules (conversations unrelated to the game are not reviewed).
• The administration has the right to ban a player without warning if there is evidence of violations.
• The administration has the right to ban a cheater's allies.
• Lost property is not restored.
• Scamming other players out of resources is prohibited — a 7-day ban.
• Sharing confidential information about moderation and moderators is prohibited — a ban is possible.

• Any purchases in the project shop cannot be refunded or transferred between servers.
• We do not compensate for failures of free features (for example, magic cards).
• Attempting to deceive the administration or moderation is punished with a permanent ban on all servers and in the project's communities.
