Game project Rules Magic Rust

General Information

1. When playing on our servers, you must acquaint yourself with the rules.
   Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from punishment.
2. Rules may be added to or changed in the future, and there will always be a date of the last update at the bottom of this page.
3. Servers moderators are free to choose the punishment for the player depending on the offense and the situation at hand. You can receive a warning, a temporary ban or a permanent ban.
4. You are responsible for all your accounts. If you got banned on your old account, you will be banned on your new account as well.
   This applies to both our server bans and EAC/VAC bans.
5. Any development of the RT is prohibited, including the placement of buildings, blocking of passages, installation of objects, and other restrictions on player access.

Chat Rules

1. It is forbidden to offer to do actions that lead to unsolicited exit from the server.
   Such actions include pressing ALT+F4, writing 'disconnect' in the console and other similar actions, the meaning of which other players may not know.
2. Any slander, misinformation or lies regarding other players, administration and the server are forbidden.
3. It is prohibited to impersonate an administrator, moderator, or any YouTuber if you are not really one.
4. The use of profanity, insults, offensive language, threats, hate speech, or any other form of toxic behavior in chat is prohibited.

Game Process

1. It is forbidden to use/store/distribute third-party software or any other means (such as cheats or macros) of gaining an advantage over other players.
   The presence of such purchase/subscription is equal to storage.
2. It is forbidden to use game/server bugs with or without the purpose of gaining an advantage over other players.
3. It is forbidden to exceed the limit of players in the team, if such limit has place (specified in the server name, for example "Solo", "Duo" or "Trio").
4. It is forbidden to build or store loot inside rocks, mountains or under foundations.
5. It is forbidden to upload images containing offensive and pornographic material to the signs.
6. It is forbidden to build large "snakes" or "lines" from the houses. For minor violations, everything unnecessary will be deleted without warning, and for serious violations you will receive a ban and complete removal of the entire house.
7. It is forbidden to sell in-game items/services for real money.
8. It is NOT forbidden to increase the brightness of your monitor for better visibility at night.
9. It is NOT forbidden to scam players when trading.
10. It is forbidden to stream snipe the project’s partners or use the information you receive to gain an advantage.
11. It is forbidden to deliberately infiltrate another clan or village to deceive them (change PIN codes, steal loot, etc.)

Additional Information

1. If you are suspected of cheating and are being summoned for verification, you have every right to refuse, but in this case we will be forced to ban you on all our servers.
   If you are not a cheater and want to continue playing on our servers, consent to the check and perform the actions told to you by the moderator.
   Any information that is unrelated to Rust and/or cheats, that was received from you, will not be saved or shared.
2. The cheat check (verification) procedure is only carried out at the time when you were summoned to it, and you must remain connected to the server. In case you have left the server, did not provide any contact information or have asked to undergo the verification process immediately after the ban, you will be denied and you will remain banned.
   The check is carried out with the help of RustCheatCheck, a specialized tool, which can be downloaded from the official website:
   Once again, you have every right to refuse the download, but in this case we will be forced to ban you on all of our servers.
3. If there is evidence of a player cheating and/or breaking the rules, the administrators and moderators of the server have the right to ban said player without providing any warnings or explanations.
4. Administrators and moderators have the right to ban the cheater's associates.
5. Administrators or moderators DO NOT return lost loot.
6. Administrators and moderators have the right to ban a player if he spreads any information about moderators/administrators that is not publicly available (leaking/doxxing).
7. Items and services purchased in the store are not subject to return, exchange or server transfer.
8. Any failures in services that are provided for free (e.g. Magic Cards) will not be compensated by us.
9. Attempting to deceive the administration or a moderation team of the server with or without the purpose of obtaining profit is punishable by an indefinite ban in the server's VK group and on all game servers.
